4. Product Purchases

When purchasing products through our online store:

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

Shipping: Physical products are shipped within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs (for international orders, if applicable).

Returns and Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. 5. Workshop and Event Registration

When registering for FPC workshops, training programs, or events:

Registration: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (an administration fee may apply)
  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

Cancellation by FPC: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolments, facilitator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Substitutions: You may substitute another participant from your organisation at any time by notifying us in writing.

Photography and Recording: We may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements and proposals provided to clients. These Terms of Use apply to general website use and do not override specific contractual arrangements.
