Movember and Cancer Australia • 2023-2024

Coordinated focus groups and interviews with people with lived experience of cancer care. Led establishment of EOI process and contacted participants to gauge comfort in speaking about cancer experiences. Facilitated generative research process with diverse communities including regional, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and multicultural participants.

Evaluation of the Worker Support Program

ForestWorks • 2023-2024

Delivered significant number of interviews with ex-forestry workers, their families and staff following closure of native timber industry. Interviews often dealt with delicate subject matter including unemployment and personal distress. Developed instant rapport allowing participants to feel comfortable and empowered to share experiences.

Heavily involved in collecting data from community members at events, analysing data and reporting for evaluation of multi-faceted food system initiative. Assisted in collection of primary data and reporting for evaluation of community-led LGBTIQA+ legal service. Undertook data collection through interviews with stakeholders and service users, instrumental in analysis of data to understand service effectiveness and impact.

Contributing to systems mapping workshops with network of providers in Geelong addressing social disadvantage. Supporting collaborative systems thinking approach to map issues and build capability among providers to foster collaboration and enable positive systems shifts.

Towards Zero Waste

City of Banyule • Previous role

Led data analysis and reporting for ambitious community waste survey with 62 questions sent to 3,000 randomly selected households. Identified trends among different sample groups and developed framework for thematic analysis of large qualitative dataset, producing survey findings and public-facing summary reports.

Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (an administration fee may apply)
  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

Cancellation by FPC: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolments, facilitator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Substitutions: You may substitute another participant from your organisation at any time by notifying us in writing.

Photography and Recording: We may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements and proposals provided to clients. These Terms of Use apply to general website use and do not override specific contractual arrangements.
