- 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person
Cancellation by FPC: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolments, facilitator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
Substitutions: You may substitute another participant from your organisation at any time by notifying us in writing.
Photography and Recording: We may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included.
