Anna is a key part of the team engaged to undertake mid-term and final evaluations of the Program, including working with local partners to understand on-ground ecological changes and impacts. This will not only help understand the benefits of the work, but also the role of heritage agreements in supporting biodiversity outcomes.

Evaluation of Sustainable Farms

Australian National University • 2018-2023

Anna was part of the team engaged to evaluate the program over five years. The evaluation assessed the accomplishments and significance of the initiative in supporting NRM and Landcare groups in promoting and facilitating investment in natural assets on farms, involving review of pre-existing data, collection of additional supplementary data, and contribution analysis.

Statutory Review of Part 5A of the Local Land Services Act 2013

NSW Local Land Services • 2022

Anna undertook many interviews with LLS staff, landholders and other key stakeholders, utilising active listening with passionate stakeholders. She analysed the qualitative data to identify key themes in the complex and often conflicting qualitative data, and co-authored the report supporting the review.

Evaluation of Severe Tropical Cyclone Recovery Programs

Department of Fire and Emergency Services (WA) • 2023-2024

Anna undertook extensive document review and online interviews with DFES and local government staff to clarify what occurred, account for contradictions and identify lessons and recommendations to inform future recovery operations, in particular the best ways to engage with local governments in this process.

Bushfire Lessons Learned Review

East Gippsland Shire Council • 2019-2020

Anna interviewed council staff and other stakeholders about the difficult period following the Black Summer Bushfires using empathetic interview techniques. She undertook qualitative data analysis to identify key lessons from diverse stakeholders regarding the bushfire recovery processes to inform future recovery efforts.

Evaluation of the Biosecure Fencing Program

Western Local Land Services • Ongoing

Anna is co-leading this project, which involves data collection through document review, interviews with key stakeholders and analysing pest animal camera monitoring data to assess biosecurity impacts and project outcomes. An evaluation report with findings and conclusions will be prepared, including an executive summary and evidence-based recommendations.

Registration: Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Full refund (an administration fee may apply)
  • 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person

Cancellation by FPC: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to insufficient enrolments, facilitator illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Substitutions: You may substitute another participant from your organisation at any time by notifying us in writing.

Photography and Recording: We may photograph or record workshops for promotional purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be included.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by separate agreements and proposals provided to clients. These Terms of Use apply to general website use and do not override specific contractual arrangements.
