Professional Background

Tatjana works across a range of content areas at FPC, with particular interest in social justice and gender equity projects. She enjoys working in project areas that focus on power relations, human rights, and addressing barriers to equality. Her approach combines rigorous project management with practical application to complex social policy areas, ensuring that evaluations are delivered on time, on budget, and add genuine value to her clients' work.

Tatjana's evaluation approach is grounded in ensuring that evaluation processes are inclusive and accessible, particularly for marginalised groups. She combines methodological rigour with sensitivity to power dynamics and social justice considerations, ensuring that evaluations not only provide useful findings but also empower the communities they serve.

Since being introduced to evaluation in 2019, Tatjana has worked on a range of projects in the areas of public health and social justice, including mental health, gambling prevention, healthy eating, physical activity, employment, disability, and gender. Over the last few years, she has developed a particular focus and interest in women's health, rights and wellbeing across a range of areas.

Safe + Equal Annual Impact Report

Safe + Equal • 2025

Project manager for the Annual Impact Evaluation of Victoria's peak body for family and gender-based violence organisations. Responsible for successful delivery including analysis of impact measurement framework indicators, qualitative data collection with partner organisations, and attending sector forums.

Evaluation of Q+Law

Fitzroy Legal Service • 2023-2024

Led the evaluation of LGBTIQA+ legal services delivered at the Victoria Pride Centre and outreach locations. Managed all aspects including project management, planning, data collection, analysis and reporting for both interim and final evaluations.

Women in Trades and Manufacturing Programs Evaluation

Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union • 2022-2024

Co-led two different evaluations focusing on inclusion and removal of barriers to employment for women and girls in male-dominated industries. Developed evaluation frameworks that were fit-for-purpose and worked closely with teams to ensure feasible implementation.

A Community for All Abilities Program Evaluation

Glen Eira City Council • Ongoing

Led mid-point and final evaluations with core focus on ensuring people with disability could contribute in ways that worked for them. Used different interview modes and repeated answers back so participants could reflect and provide real-time corrections.

Turn the Tide

Women in Seafood Australasia • 2023-2026

Currently leading Turning the Tide, a project that aims to increase women’s representation in a male dominated sector and improve the conditions for the sector to make the seafood industry a safer and more inclusive working environment. Managing all aspects including project management, planning, qualitative data collection, analysis and final evaluation.

Safer Cities Program Evaluation

Transport for NSW • Previous

Contributed to comprehensive evaluation of two-year program investing in initiatives to improve safety in NSW cities for women and girls. Managed wide range of data, spreadsheets, and reports from funded projects, developing data collection tools and ensuring accuracy.

ACT's Active Travel Programs Evaluation

Transport Canberra and City Services • Previous

Part of team evaluating 10-year school active travel programs. Helped collect over 1,000 surveys from students, interviews with crossing supervisors and teachers, and surveys from nearly 1,000 parents/carers, generating key findings about program effectiveness.

Healthy Loddon Campaspe Initiative Evaluation

City of Greater Bendigo • 2023-2026

Part of team facilitating planning workshop and developing comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan. Working with Health Brokers to support data collection for place-based activities and involvement in analysis and reporting for annual progress reports.

Health Workforce Development Program Logic

Rural Workforce Agency Victoria • 2023

Developed Theory of Change for Health Workforce Development Program through background documentation review and online workshop facilitation. Identified key activities, outcomes over time, and underpinning assumptions through iterative process.

Open Streets Program Evaluation 2024-2025

Transport for NSW • 2025

Led the evaluation of the Open Streets Program, which aimed to energise streets with free activities, events, and activations. Managed all aspects including project management, planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.

Community Improvement District Pilot Program Evaluation

Transport for NSW • 2024-2025

Led the evaluation of the Community Improvement District Pilot Program, place-based partnerships between local government and the community that aim to support local economies to grow under local business leadership. Managed all aspects including project management, planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.
