Since being introduced to evaluation in 2019, Tatjana has worked on a range of projects in the areas of public health and social justice, including mental health, gambling prevention, healthy eating, physical activity, employment, disability, and gender. Over the last few years, she has developed a particular focus and interest in women's health, rights and wellbeing across a range of areas.

Safe + Equal Annual Impact Report
Project manager for the Annual Impact Evaluation of Victoria's peak body for family and gender-based violence organisations. Responsible for successful delivery including analysis of impact measurement framework indicators, qualitative data collection with partner organisations, and attending sector forums.
Evaluation of Q+Law
Led the evaluation of LGBTIQA+ legal services delivered at the Victoria Pride Centre and outreach locations. Managed all aspects including project management, planning, data collection, analysis and reporting for both interim and final evaluations.
Women in Trades and Manufacturing Programs Evaluation
Co-led two different evaluations focusing on inclusion and removal of barriers to employment for women and girls in male-dominated industries. Developed evaluation frameworks that were fit-for-purpose and worked closely with teams to ensure feasible implementation.
A Community for All Abilities Program Evaluation
Led mid-point and final evaluations with core focus on ensuring people with disability could contribute in ways that worked for them. Used different interview modes and repeated answers back so participants could reflect and provide real-time corrections.
Turn the Tide
Currently leading Turning the Tide, a project that aims to increase women’s representation in a male dominated sector and improve the conditions for the sector to make the seafood industry a safer and more inclusive working environment. Managing all aspects including project management, planning, qualitative data collection, analysis and final evaluation.
Safer Cities Program Evaluation
Contributed to comprehensive evaluation of two-year program investing in initiatives to improve safety in NSW cities for women and girls. Managed wide range of data, spreadsheets, and reports from funded projects, developing data collection tools and ensuring accuracy.
